Blaine is an outstanding realtor to work with. He showed my wife and I a few homes in the Blue Springs area that we were interested in after seeing them on Zillow.The homes ended up not being for us, but we saw a New Construction listing on Zillow and asked Blaine if he had the time to squeeze in this house before leaving us for the day. He had no problem with it, and my wife and I ended up falling in love with the house.He got everything set up with the builder and the builder's agent to make sure we were able to purchase the home before it was sold to someone else, and was quick to make sure we had a contract to sign so that the house could be ours. He is very responsive to email and phone calls and always took the initiative to reach out to us by phone if a month went by without contact to see what stage the house was at, to make sure everything was going well, and if we had any questions.If you're looking for a real estate agent that is available, quick, and efficient in his work, look no further. You found him. In the future if I buy/sell homes in the Blue Springs area, I will not hesitate to give Blaine a call.

6. In the event a judgment is entered against User in any action by or against User to enforce the parties' obligations under this Agreement, User shall pay the prevailing parties' attorneys fees and costs incurred in the prosecution or defense of such action.
7. User acknowledges and agrees that HMLS is a third party beneficiary of this Agreement and both (name of broker) and HMLS shall each have the authority to enforce its terms against User.
